Mouth Guards

Please note that wearing mouth guards in all underage levels up to and including minor for Gaelic football matches and practice sessions is now compulsory. In addition, from January 1 2014, this rule will apply to all players at all age grades. Players can be sent-off in a game for not wearing a mouth guard.Only players that have a doctor or dentist note stating they cannot wear a mouth guard will beĀ  exempt .
In order to ensure safety and well-being of all our players please ensure you purchase your mouth guards before the season starts.
